Considerations for Contracting and Provision of Placed Equipment
It is becoming common practice within the NHS for suppliers to have equipment placed ‘free of charge’, or at a nominal charge, with contracts in place for consumables ostensibly to cover the cost of that equipment.

With the help of the ABHI Legal, and ABHI Commercial groups, we have produced this document which contains a number of considerations to factor in when entering into such agreements.
